Merritt Island Cub Scouts Return Home
Merritt Island Cub Scout Pack 701 led by Cubmaster Jim Byrne, returned from a Weekend Camping trip Sunday at the Disney World Fort Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds. Beginning Tiger Scouts led by Brian Duprey enjoyed their first taste of camping, while older scouts got to experience their favorite part of Cub Scouts. Both Disney and Pack 701 did an excellent job planning the trip which included movie nights, smoores, swimming in the beautiful pool and water park, and plenty of games, prizes, and bon-fires.
