Brevard deputies investigate possible kidnapping
Authorities are searching for clues after learning a child may have been forced into a vehicle in Brevard County.Officials with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office said they received a report Wednesday evening that a young boy may have been forced into a white four-door vehicle in the area of Murrell Road and Country Club Drive in Viera.
Investigators said a 12-year-old boy told them a man got out of the car, grabbed the boy around the waist and forced him into the back seat of the vehicle.
The 12-year-old said the man then drove away, and there was another man in the car. One of them was wearing an orange shirt and black shorts.
Authorities said they have received no reports of missing children as of Wednesday night.
