Five people homeless after fire destroys home in Cocoa
A mom and her baby are safe, but out of their home tonight after a fire Monday.

“We just opened the door [and it was ] right in front of our eyes,” said Tamara Faulk.
The Cocoa Fire Department was able to put out the flames at the house on the 1600 block of Sunhome Street.
The homeowner sat outside with her child in her arms, watching the blaze. The fire displaced five people, officials said.
Rescuers were not able to save two dogs inside the home.
