ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) –

The Florida Highway Patrol says one person has died and another is in serious condition after a crash on Hoffner Avenue Tuesday night.

Investigators say two cars were traveling west bound when one of the vehicles passed and clipped the other car and lost control at a bend in the road.

Officials say the car flipped over and hit a brick wall.

FHP says one female passenger died at Orlando Regional Medical Center and one driver is in serious condition.

The victims’ names have not been released at this time.

FHP says troopers have investigated 20 fatal crashes in Orange County since April 1st; ten of those were fatal
