MERRITT ISLAND, Florida — With just over four months remaining before voting begins in the Republican Primary for Brevard County Commission District 2 race, Michael Hartman (R- Merritt Island, Florida) announced today that he is the first – and only – candidate who has qualified with the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections.
Hartman qualified by obtaining over 770 signatures of registered voters in Brevard County Commission District 2 which consists of Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island, Port Canaveral, Cape Canaveral, Avon by the Sea, Cocoa Beach, Snug Harbor, and portions of Cocoa and Rockledge and Patrick Air Force.
