A 20-year-old man from Palm Bay has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of a West Melbourne man.
James Thomas Wynn was found dead in the back yard of a home on Hollister Drive in November 2013.
According to authorities, Michael Maxwell was arrested in November and has been in jail since that time on charges of violating his bond release conditions on a separate case.
Detectives said they obtained an arrest warrant to charge Maxwell with Wynn’s death earlier this week.
The investigation is still active and no other details were available.
